Your $20 will provide 2 days’ supply of nutritional milk feed for a resident on tube feeding.
Your $50 will help to pay for each resident’s ambulance transport fee to a hospital in an emergency.
Your $100 donation to the Lions Education Fund will assist students to purchase books or course materials.

The Foundation’s gifts will not only enable Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) to cultivate future generations of leaders and ensure that deserving students are not denied the opportunity of a university education because of financial difficulty, it also serves as encouragement for the faculty, staff and students of FASS to continually aim for higher standards of excellence in their research, work and studies, as a truly global university.

The School of Social Sciences (SOSS) at SMU is grateful to the Singapore Lions Clubs and the Lions Community Service Foundation (Singapore) for their generous contributions. Community involvement is always an integral part of the SMU undergraduate curriculum and this contribution reinforces the University’s ties with the social sector. The Award will not only support our students in their studies but will further expose them to community service with the Lions Clubs. At the same time, I look forward to our recipients taking the opportunity and initiative to support the work of the Lions Clubs,” said Professor Peter Hedström, Dean, School of Social Sciences (SOSS) at SMU
